不同激素处理对石生茶藨子绿枝扦插的影响 被引量:8

Effect of Different Hormone Treatments on Softwood Cuttings of Ribes saxatile Pall.

摘要 利用绿枝扦插技术探究石生茶藨子无性繁殖方式,以石生茶藨子当年生半木质化嫩枝为试材,研究比较不同浓度的外源激素对石生茶藨子插穗成活率和生根质量的影响,并从解剖学角度揭示其插穗的生根机制。结果发现不同浓度的外源激素对石生茶藨子的生根质量有明显促进作用,通过解剖学观察发现,石生茶藨子扦插前插穗中并未有明显潜伏根原基。进一步分析发现以700 mg/L的ABT+IBA+NAA(V:V:V=1:1:1)处理插穗效果最好,成活率最高可达69%,平均生根数26.400条,平均根长4.038 cm,平均根粗0.110 cm;石生茶藨子半木质化嫩枝中不具备潜伏根原基,其根原基诱导于髓射线和维管形成层交汇处,因此石生茶藨子属于诱导皮部生根型树种。本研究为石生茶藨子绿枝扦插繁殖技术生产上的应用提供了支持,并一定程度上弥补了石生茶藨子繁殖技术研究的空白。 Explore the asexual reproduction of Ribes saxatile Pall.with softwood cuttings technology,taking the semi-lignified shoots of Ribes saxatile Pall.as test material,to study the effects of different concentrations of exogenous hormones on the survival rate and rooting quality of Ribes saxatile Pall.cuttings,and revealing the rooting mechanism of cuttings from the perspective of anatomy.It finds that different concentrations of exogenous hormones significantly promoting the rooting quality of Ribes saxatile Pall..Through anatomical observation,it finds that there is no obvious latent root primordium in cuttings before Ribes saxatile Pall.cuttings.Further analysis finds that the cutting effect of 700 mg/L ABT+IBA+NAA(V:V:V=1:1:1)is the best,survival rate is up to 69%,the average number of roots is 26.400,average root length is 4.038 cm,and average root thickness is 0.110 cm;There is no latent root primordium in semi-lignified shoots of Ribes saxatile Pall..The root primordium is induced at the intersection of myelin ray and vascular cambium.Therefore,Ribes saxatile Pall.belongs to the dermal rooting type.This study provides support for the application of Ribes saxatile Pall.software cuttings in reproduction technology pro-duction,and to some extent,it makes up for the blank of Ribes saxatile Pall.breeding technology research.
