摘要
针对SF_(6)气体分解物数据采集进行研究并提出设计方案,确定电化学传感器检测方法作为系统设计理论基础,给出了整机原理图,完成了STM32微处理器电路、电化学传感器电路与发送器电路、电流环接收电路、A/D变换器等电路的设计,采用的MCGS组态软件给用户提供了良好的人机界面。对电路的系统电源、A/D采集转换、串口通信电路等主要部件进行调试,并进行通气实验,实现气体标定。以SF_(6)气体分解物中的SO_(2)为例,检测其气体的体积分数,分辨率较高,稳定性好,取得了预期的研究效果。
A design of the data collection of SF_(6) gas decomposition products is proposed,which adopts the electrochemical sensor detection method as the theoretical basis of the system design.The principle diagram of the whole machine is given.The STM32 microprocessor circuit,electrochemical sensor circuit,transmitter circuit,current loop receiving circuit and A/D converter circuits are completed.The MCGS configuration software is used to provide users with a good man-machine interface.The main components of the power supply,A/D acquisition and conversion,serial communication circuit are debugged.And ventilation experiments are made to achieve gas calibration.Taking SO_(2) in the decomposition of SF_(6) gas as an example,its gas volume fraction is detected.It has high resolution,good stability,and has got the expected research results.
