血清NGB水平在缺血性脑卒中患者的表达情况及其对病情发生发展的相关性分析

Expression of serum NGB level in patients with ischemic stroke and its correlation with occurrence and development of the disease

目的研究血清NGB水平在缺血性脑卒中患者的表达情况及其对病情发生发展的相关性分析。方法选取2017年6月-2019年6月我院收治的72例缺血性脑卒中患者作为实验组,同时在患者经治疗1周后根据美国国立卫生院卒中量表(HIHSS)对患者的病情进行评估,分为轻度组(n=30),中度组(n=28),重度组(n=14),同时选取同期健康体检者30例作为对照组。对比病理组和对照组血清人脑红蛋白(NGB)水平;对比治疗1周后实验组各亚组血清NGB水平;对患者经治疗后血清NGB水平与病情发生发展进行相关性分析。结果相比于对照组,实验组NGB水平更高(P<0.05);相比于重度组,轻度组和中度组NGB水平显著更低;相比于中度组,轻度组NGB水平更低(P<0.05);经过相关性分析得出,NGB与患者病情的发生发展严重程度呈正相关。结论血清NGB水平在缺血性脑卒中患者的表达较高,参与到缺血性脑卒中的病情发生当中,且与病情的发展严重程度呈正相关。

Objective To study the expression of serum NGB levels in patients with ischemic stroke and its correlation with the occurrence and the development of the disease.Methods Seventy-two ischemic patients admitted to our hospital from June 2017 to June 2019 Stroke patients were selected as the experimental group.At the same time,the patients’condition was evaluated according to the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(HIHSS)after 1 week of treatment,and patients were divided into mild group(n=30)and moderate group(n=28),severe group(n=14).Another 30 healthy patients in physical examination during the same period were selected as the control group.Serum NGB levels in the experimental group and the control group as well as serum NGB levels in each subgroup of the experimental group after 1 week of treatment were compared.The correlation between the serum NGB levels and the occurrence and the development of the disease after treatment was analyzed.Results Compared with the control group,the NGB level in the experimental group was significantly higher(P<0.05);compared with the severe group,the NGB level in the mild and in the moderate groups was significantly lower;compared with the moderate group,the NGB level in the mild group was significantly lower(P<0.05).After correlation analysis,it was concluded that NGB was positively correlated with the severity of the patients’condition.Conclusion Serum NGB levels are highly expressed in patients with ischemic stroke and are involved in the occurrence of ischemic stroke;besides,it is positively correlated with the severity of the disease.
