2型糖尿病患者治疗过程中低血糖发生多因素分析

Multivariate analysis of hypoglycemia in patients with type 2 diabetes

目的探讨2型糖尿病患者治疗过程中低血糖发生的影响因素。方法采用回顾性分析法,收集2017年1月—2020年1月于本院接受治疗的100例2型糖尿病患者临床资料,根据治疗过程中是否发生低血糖,分为发生组(n=31)与未发生组(n=69),设计一般情况调查问卷,并将可能的影响因素纳入,经单因素与多因素分析找出2型糖尿病患者治疗过程中低血糖发生的影响因素。结果经多项非条件Logistic回归分析检验结果显示,病程>10年、使用磺脲类药物、联合使用降糖药物、未进行自我血糖监测均是导致2型糖尿病患者治疗过程中发生低血糖的危险因素(OR分别为20.429、2.619、3.409,P均小于0.05)。结论病程>10年、使用磺脲类药物、未进行自我血糖监测均是2型糖尿病患者治疗过程中低血糖发生的危险因素,临床需予以以上人群重点关注,加强管理与教育,并实施相应的干预措施,以期降低低血糖发生率。

Objective To investigate the influencing factors of hypoglycemia in patients with type 2 diabetes.Methods The clinical data of 100 patients with type 2 diabetes treated in a hospital were collected and analyzed retrospectively from January 2017 to January 2020.According to whether hypoglycemia occurring during the treatment,they were divided into an occurrence group(n=31)and a non-occurrence group(n=69).A general questionnaire was designed,including the possible influencing factors.Results The multivariate non-conditional logistic regression analysis showed that the course of disease>10 years,use of sulfonylurea drugs,and absence of self-monitoring of blood glucose were risk factors for hypoglycemia(OR=20.429,2.619,3.409,respectively,all P<0.05).Conclusion The course of disease>10 years,the use of sulfonylurea drugs,and absence of self-monitoring of blood glucose are the risk factors of hypoglycemia in the patients with type 2 diabetes.Therefore,in clinic,we should pay close attention to these patients above-mentioned,enhance the management and health education,and implement relevant measures to reduce the incidence of hypoglycemia.
