基于响应曲面法的同井注采系统方卡子优化设计

摘要 为解决同井注采系统光杆疲劳断裂现象高发的问题,基于响应曲面法开展了方卡子结构参数优化设计研究。通过建立悬绳器-方卡子-光杆整体三维仿真模型,利用Workbench软件进行光杆复合应力数值试验,并根据仿真试验结果建立方卡子曲率、方卡子厚度、方卡子边缘倒角的回归模型。结合回归模型和光杆应力仿真模型,综合分析方卡子曲率、方卡子厚度、方卡子边缘倒角对光杆应力的影响规律。以光杆最大复合应力最小为目标,得到了3参数的最佳组合为方卡子厚度80 mm、方卡子倒角1.2 mm、方卡子曲率35.318 m-1,光杆复合应力降低了40.88%,最后利用数值试验验证了优化模型和优化结果的正确性。 In this article,in order to solve the problem of frequent fatigue fracture of the injection production system’s polished rod,the square clamp’s structure parameters are subject to optimization design with the help of the response-surface method. The overall three-dimensional simulation model of the rope hanger-the square clamp-the polished rod is set up,the Workbench software is adopted to carry out the numerical test of stress exerted on the polished rod. According to the simulation results,the regression models of the square clamp’s curvature,thickness and edge chamfer are built. In combination with the regression model and the stress-based simulation model,the comprehensive analysis is conducted on the influence of curvature,thickness and edge chamfer on the stress exerted on the polished rod. With the maximum composite stress as the objective,the best combination of these three parameters is worked out: the square clamp’s thickness is 80 mm,the chamfer is 1. 2 mm,and the curvature is 35. 318 m-1. Besides,the composite stress reduces by 40. 88%. Finally,numerical experiments have verified that the optimization model and the related results are correct.
