摘要
文中针对隧道防护门疲劳性能的试验方法进行研究,解决加载过程中存在的问题,寻求更贴合实际工作状态、更适合试验室内加载的试验方法,通过试验方法和试验工装的创新型设计,使得加载过程更接近于现场实际工况且便于操作,提高了试验的可行性、运行的稳定性及环境的友好性,为隧道防护门的整体疲劳性能检测提供了较为准确、简易的方法。
This article focuses on the fatigue test of tunnel protection doors,in order to solve the problems in the process of loading and find a way which matches the actual conditions and is suitable to the test indoor. Thanks to the innovative design of the test method and tools,the process of loading matches the specific situations and is easy to operate. As a result,the test enjoys a higher standard of feasibility and stability;the working environment is friendlier. This method is correct and easy to conduct the test on fatigue performance of tunnel protective doors.
