摘要 以前期开发的某乘用车为研究对象,运用机械系统动力学仿真软件ADAMS建立该车多体动力学模型,详细介绍悬架系统刚度与阻尼的匹配计算及验证过程,并根据国家标准对匹配结果进行整车仿真分析与评价。结论表明,在前后悬架偏频比值为0.83、前后减振器在0.6 m/s、速度阻尼比分别为0.22和0.36、前后悬架侧倾角刚度比值为1.47的匹配设计下,该车辆具有良好操稳平顺性,对该车后续的悬架系统设计开发和操纵舒适性的优化提供了理论依据。 In this article,with the focus on the passenger vehicle which has been developed and produced,the simulation software of mechanical dynamics ADAMS is adopted to set up the multi-body dynamic model;the processes of matching calculation and verification of suspension stiffness and damping are introduced in detail;and the matching results are analyzed and evaluated according to the national standards. The conclusion shows that under the context of matching design,the bias frequency ratio of the front and rear suspension is 0. 83;the front and rear shock-absorbers operate at the speed of 0. 6 m/s;the speed damping ratio is 0. 22 and 0. 36 respectively;the roll angle’s stiffness ratio of the front and rear suspension is 1. 47. Therefore,the passenger vehicle has desirable handling-riding comfort. The research provides theoretical basis for future design and development of the suspension system as well as optimization of its handling-riding comfort.
