摘要 为改善老年人对康养智能陪护产品的满意度,使设计人员精准获取老年人需求,提升用户体验,基于结构方程模型提出一种康养智能陪护产品的设计方法。结合用户体验蜂窝模型,将用户体验要素划分为6个潜变量,利用主成分分析法提取具有代表性的评价指标作为观测变量。通过问卷分析,建立康养智能陪护产品用户满意度结构方程模型,得出6个潜变量和可观测变量的影响权重大小,并应用于老年陪护机器人的造型设计中。采用用户交互满意度问卷(Questionnaire for User Interface Satisfaction,QUIS)量表验证设计方案的可行性。研究表明:该方法能辅助设计人员从用户需求出发,提升产品的用户体验,为康养智能陪护产品设计提供参考。 In order to improve satisfaction of the elderly with intelligent escort products,accurately obtain requirements of the elderly and improve user experience for designers,a product design method for intelligent escort wellness products was proposed based on structural equation modeling. The user experience elements were divided into six latent variables according to user experience honeycomb model. Principal component analysis was performed to extract representative evaluation indexes as observable variables. The structural equation model about user satisfaction of intelligent escort wellness products was established through questionnaire analysis. The influence weight size of six latent variables and observable variables were derived to apply to the modeling design of the elderly escort robot. User Interaction Satisfaction Questionnaire (QUIS) scale was applied to verify the feasibility of the design scheme. The study showed that this method could assist designers to improve the product user experience from user requirements,and provide references for design of intelligent escort wellness products.
