摘要
混合励磁电机使用永磁体和励磁线圈共同作为励磁源,可以集成永磁电机高效率、高功率密度以及电励磁电机灵活调磁的优点。该文将研究一种分立定子混合励磁磁通切换电机,该电机的永磁体和励磁线圈均置于定子以省略电刷滑环,同时采用双定子结构以解决传统定子混合励磁电机的定子空间拥挤问题。该电机遵循磁通切换原理,静止励磁源产生的磁通被凸极转子调制,进而在电枢绕组上产生双极性交变磁链。该文将介绍该电机运行原理,并重点研究不同定转子极槽数配合的电机电磁性能,以说明该类型电机兼具高转矩密度和强调磁能力。此外,分析关键设计参数对电机转矩密度和调磁能力的影响,为电机设计提供指导。最后,制作并测试2台样机以完成实验研究。
Hybrid excited(HE)machines employ both permanent magnet(PM)and field coil(FC)as the excitation sources,with potential synergies of high efficiency,high power density of PM machines and excellent flux controllability of electric-excited machines.In this paper,the partitioned-stator hybrid excited switched flux(PS-HESF)machines were investigated,which feature the stator-located FCs and thus the elimination of sliding contacts,as well as the dual stator structure to alleviate the space conflict.The PS-HESF machines follow the flux-switching principle,based on which the fluxes of the stationary excitation sources could be modulated by the salient rotor to generate the bipolar flux-linkage in the armature coils.After the introduction of the operating principle of the PS-HESF machines,the electromagnetic performances of the machines with different rotor piece numbers were evaluated and compared in details.It was revealed that the PS-HESF machines exhibit not only the high torque output but also the excellent flux regulation capability.Moreover,the influences of the key design parameters on the torque and flux regulation capabilities were illustrated,which could provide a guideline to the HE machine design.Finally,a pair of PS-HESF machine prototypes were fabricated and tested for the experimental validation.
