ID with IE albinism——by Mr. Dai Qingkang, China Society for Human Rights Studies

This is Qingkang Dai from Southeast University,speaking on behalf of China Society for Human Rights Studies.People with albinism suffer not only from their physical and mental conditions,but also from social prejudices and discriminations.To ensure their enjoyment of human rights,special public policies need to be adopted from two perspectives:the improvement of healthcare for such group of people and the increasing of social awareness and understanding of albinism.
