基层社会治理中的标准化探索

Research on the Standardization of Social Governance at the Grassroots Level

推动国家治理体系和治理能力现代化过程中,基层社会治理能力提升是当前的一项重要工作。标准化工作是基层社会治理规范化、科学化的重要支撑,开展好基层社会治理标准化工作对基层治理体系和治理能力现代化具有重要意义。本文在分析现有社会治安相关基层社会治理标准基础上提出基层社会治理中的标准体系、重点标准和试点应用,进一步推动基层社会治理标准化工作。

In the process of promoting the modernization of national governance system and governance capability,it is important to enhance the social governance capability of at the grassroots level.Standardization work is an important support for the standardization and scientization of grassroots social governance,which is of great significance to carry out the standardization work of grassroots social governance for the modernization of grassroots governance system and governance capability.Based on the analysis of the existing social security related grassroots social governance standards,this paper puts forward the standards system,key standards and pilot application in grassroots social governance,so as to further promote the standardization of grassroots social governance.
