摘要
对离子型稀土矿进行原地浸矿模拟试验,研究了浸出剂类型、浸出剂浓度、浸出剂pH值、浸出剂流速、固液比和温度等因素对RE、Al浸出率的影响。结果表明,以硫酸铵为浸出剂,在硫酸铵浓度为2%、pH值为4.50、流速为10 mL/min,固液比为1∶0.66,室温浸出的条件下,RE、Al的平均浸出率分别为94.56%、45.10%。浸出扩大试验结果表明,RE、Al浸出率分别为94.58%、45.96%,实现了RE的高效浸出,而杂质Al较少浸出。
Simulated in-situ leaching tests of ionic rare earth ore were carried out,and the influences of type,concentration,pH value and flow rate of the leaching agent,solid-liquid ratio and temperature on RE and Al leaching rate were investigated.The results show that the average leaching rates of RE and Al are 94.56%and 45.10%,respectively,using ammonium sulfate as the leaching agent with concentration of 2%,pH va-lue of 4.50 and flow rate of 10 mL/min,and under the leaching conditions of solid-liquid ratio of 1∶0.66 and room temperature.The results of extended leaching test show that the leaching rate of RE and Al are 94.58%and 45.96%,respectively,realizing the high-efficiency leaching of RE,while the impurity Al is less leached.
