摘要
中药鲜用是中医用药的特色及特殊形式,贯穿于中医药起源与发展的全过程。中药鲜品与干品的主要区别为寒凉性药鲜品较干品偏凉偏润、辛香气药鲜品较干品味厚力竣、药汁鲜纯润燥之性鲜品强于干品。通过总结分析鲜药的现代临床应用及相关制剂研发情况,发现现代鲜药应用过程中存在中药鲜品、干品概念模糊、无规范体系和理论指导等问题,提出建立指导鲜药应用的理论系统、规范体系,建立鲜药供应链、创新鲜药保鲜技术等建议,以期创新鲜药未来发展模式,促进鲜药的规模化和长期化应用。
Use of fresh herbs is a feature and special form of Chinese herbal medicine,and has been forming throughout the whole history of traditional Chinese medicine from the beginning.The major differences between fresh and dried herbal medicines are that fresh herbal medicines of cold and cool nature are cooler and more moisturing than dried ones;fresh herbal medicines of acrid aromatic nature have thicker flavor and stronger efficacy;the herbal juice is fresh and pure,and has better function of moistening dryness compared to dried ones.Through summarizing the clinical application of fresh herbal medicines and the research and development condition of related preparations,it has been found that the concepts of fresh and dried herbal medicines are confused,and there is lack of standard system and theoretical guidance when applying fresh herbal medicines.Therefore,it is suggested to develop related theory and standard systems for application guidance,establish a supply chain,and make innovations on preservation technologies for fresh herbal medicines,thereby bringing forth new ideas for its progress mode and promoting its scale and long-term development.
