中医治疗妇科慢性盆腔疼痛症的临床价值研究

Study on the clinical value of traditional Chinese medicine in treating gynecological chronic pelvic pain

目的对妇科慢性盆腔疼痛症采用中医治疗的效果进行探究。方法选择本院收治的妇科慢性盆腔疼痛症患者112例作为本次研究纳入的研究对象,选取时间为2019年3月至2020年2月,按照随机数字表法将其划分为甲组(n=56)和乙组(n=56)。采用常规治疗方式对甲组予以治疗,采用中医治疗方法对乙组予以治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果。结果在总有效率方面,甲组为80.4%,乙组为98.2%,乙组的总有效率明显高于甲组,比较结果经过检验,P<0.05;在不良反应率方面,甲组为17.9%,乙组为1.8%,乙组的不良反应明显低于甲组,比较结果经过检验,P<0.05。结论针对妇科慢性盆腔疼痛症患者采用中医治疗具有确切效果,而且还可以减少不良反应。

Objective:To investigate the effect of traditional Chinese medicine on chronic pelvic pain in gynecology.Methods:112 cases of gynecological chronic pelvic pain patients admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects included in this study.The time period was selected from March 2019 to February 2020,and they were divided into group A(n=56)and group B(n=56)according to the random number table method.Group A was treated with conventional treatment,and group B was treated with traditional Chinese medicine.Compare the treatment effect of the two groups of patients.Results:In terms of total effectiveness,group A was 80.4%and group B was 98.2%.The total effective rate of group B was significantly higher than that of group A.The comparison results were tested(P<0.05);in terms of adverse reaction rate,group A was 17.9%and 1.8%in group B.The adverse reactions in group B were significantly lower than those in group A.The comparison results were tested(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of chronic pelvic pain in gynecology patients with Chinese medicine has a definite effect,and can also reduce adverse reactions.
