产房助产士会阴伤口缝合技术中应用持续质量改进的价值研究

Study on the value of continuous quality improvement in perineal wound suture technique of midwives in delivery room

目的研究助产士会阴伤口缝合技术中应用持续质量改进的价值。方法选取本院收治的40例产妇作为研究对象,根据不同干预措施将产妇分组,A组进行常规处理,B组进行持续质量改进处理,对比两组产妇的会阴伤口愈合率、感染率以及满意率。结果B组产妇的会阴伤口愈合率、满意率明显高于A组;B组产妇的会阴伤口感染率明显低于A组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过持续质量改进优化助产士的伤口缝合技术,可降低产妇的伤口感染率,有效改善伤口的愈合情况,值得在临床中应用。

Objective:To study the value of continuous quality improvement(CQI)in perineal wound suture of midwives.Methods:40 cases of puerpera in our hospital were selected as the research object.According to different intervention measures,the puerpera were divided into two groups,group a received routine treatment,group B received continuous quality improvement treatment,and the perineal wound healing rate,infection rate and satisfaction rate of the two groups were compared.Results:the perineal wound healing rate and satisfaction rate of group B were significantly higher than those of group A;the perineal wound infection rate of group B was significantly lower than that of group A(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through continuous quality improvement to optimize the wound suture technology of midwives,it can reduce the wound infection rate of puerpera and effectively improve the wound healing,which is worthy of clinical application.
