摘要
如何在考虑产品全生命周期和标准化要素的基础上对产品模块划分的合理性与优劣进行评价是产品方案设计中面临的关键问题.本文首先将产品模块评价的关键要素从资源利用率和可维护性两方面进行了整理,并对要素之间的关系进行公式建模描述.然后,采用三角模糊函数将针对产品模块评价要素的定性评价转换为定量评价,给出了要素权重以及综合评价值的计算方法,并提出了开展产品模块模糊评价的一般过程.最后,结合某企业汽车制动系统的模块评价进行了案例应用分析,证明了该模型与方法的可操作性与有效性.
How to evaluate the rationality and pros and cons of product module division on the basis of the product's full life cycle and standardization elements is a key issue in product design.First,the paper sorts out the key elements of.product module evaluation from the aspects of resource utilization and maintainability,and establishes formula models of the relationships among the elements.Then,the triangular fuzzy function is used to convert the qualitative evaluation of the elements of the product module into a quantitative evaluation,the calculation method of the element weight and the comprehensive evaluation value is given,and the general process of product module fuzzy evaluation is put forward.Finally,the analysis of an application case is carried out based on the evaluation of a company's automobile brake system module,which proves the operability and effectiveness of the model and method.
