摘要 基于语义技术的标准指标检索方法是利用语义本体技术构建标准文献数据间关联关系,并通过基于规则和SVM的分类方法实现标准指标及关联指标信息的智能精准检索,提高标准文献资源利用率,支撑标准研制、对标达标、标准"领跑者"等标准化工作. The standard index retrieval method based on semantic technology is to use the semantic relationship between ontology technology to build standard literature data,and use rules and the classification method of SVM implementation standards and associated indicators to achieve the intelligent precise retrieval of information,so as to improve the utilization of standard literature,and support standardization work such as standards development,standards comparison and compliance,standards“forerunner”and so on.
