综合布线系统检测实验室间比对方案研究

Research on the Comparison Scheme between Laboratories of Generic Cabling System Testing

目的:为比较第三方检测实验室间差异,持续改进和提高实验室检测能力.方法:采用综合布线系统检测项进行实验间能力比对.使用Z检测法进行样品稳定性分析.使用稳健统计方法的算法A迭代统计稳健平均值和稳健平均差.使用Z比分法进行能力评价.结果:通过能力比较发现参与本次比对的3家实验室整体结果为满意,结果偏差可接受,但存在单次检测结果偏离较大的问题.结论:选择正确的统计方法对能力比对结果的判断具有重要作用,既要关注整体实验情况,也要关注单次实验数据偏离情况,多维度分析有助于结果的准确性.

To compare the differences between third-party testing laboratories,and to continuously improve and enhance laboratory testing capabilities.The testing items of the integrated wiring system are used to compare the capabilities between experiments.T-test method is used for sample stability analysis.Algorithm A of robust statistical method is used for iterative statistics of robust average value and robust average difference.Z-score method is used for capability evaluation.Through ability comparison,it is found that the overall results of the three laboratories participating in this comparison are satisfactory,and the deviation of the results is acceptable,but there is a problem that the results of a single test deviate greatly.Choosing the correct statistical method plays an important role in the judgment of the ability comparison result.It is necessary to pay attention to the overall experimental situation as well as the deviation of the single experimental data.Multi-dimensional analysis is helpful for the accuracy of the results.
