燕山山脉不同居群豆茶决明结荚期生长特性比较研究

Comparative Study on the Growth Characteristics of Cassia nomame in Fruiting Period from Different Populations in Yanshan Mountains

目的:研究不同居群豆茶决明结荚期生长特性。方法:以燕山山脉5个不同居群的豆茶决明结荚期植株为试验材料,通过株高、侧枝长、分枝数、茎粗、根粗、主根长等形态指标和根、茎、叶、果实的干鲜重等生物量的测定,对不同居群豆茶决明结荚期生长特性进行了比较。结果:不同居群间的形态变异很大,不同居群间的株高、侧枝长和分枝数均呈极显著差异,具有丰富的遗传多样性。在各居群生物量的分配中,根冠比的比值都比较小,有利于其生长繁殖和种群扩散。结论:对不同居群豆茶决明形态多样性和生物量的系统研究,可为其开发、利用和种质资源的保存提供科学依据。

Objective:To study the growth characteristics of Cassia nomame in fruiting period from different populations.Methods:The plants of Cassia nomame in fruiting period from five different populations in Yanshan mountains were used as experimental materials,the growth characteristics of Cassia nomame in fruiting period from different populations were compared by measuring the morphological indexes,such as plant height,lateral branch length,branching number,stem diameter,root diameter and main-root length,as well as the biomass,such as the dry and fresh weight of roots,stems,leaves and fruits.Results:The morphological variation between different populations was considerable,there were highly significant differences in plant height,lateral branching length and branch number among different populations,and there were abundant genetic diversity.The ratio of root to crown was relatively small in the distribution of biomass of each population,which was conducive to its growth,reproduction and population diffusion.Conclusion:The systematic study on the morphological diversity and biomass of Cassia nomame from different populations can provide scientific basis for its development,utilization and preservation of germplasm resources.
