一款单片机控制小体积多频点超低相噪频率源的设计

摘要 为提升软件无线电技术体制下超宽带数字接收机的性能,设计了一款单片机控制的小体积、多频点、超低相噪频率源。阐述了采用Hittite公司宽带锁相环芯片HMC830和单片机C8051F300相结合的频率源设计方案、关键电路处理。测试结果表明设计满足指标需求。 In order to improve the performance of UWB digital receiver with the system of software radio,the requirement of homologous sampling clock synthesizer with multi-frequency ultra-low phase noise small volume is put forward.The report described the design scheme of synthesizer based on the Hittite company broadband PLL chip HMC830 and MCU C8051F300,include the key circuit processing.Finally,the test results of the synthesizer are briefly introduced,which meets the requirements of the design index.
