摘要
为了保证输出端的相位一致性并提升输出端之间的隔离度,提出一种基于重组结构的新型三路Wilkinson功分器,采用了传统对称和非对称1:2功率分配的二等分功分器级联结构,通过理论分析和ADS软件仿真对所提出结构进行了设计。其尺寸为175mm×156mm,在225~400MHz的工作频带内,插损小于0.6dB,驻波比小于1.4,输出端隔离度大于20dB,相位差小于±2°,幅度平坦度小于0.2dB。该三路功分器设计简单,带内工作特性良好。
In order to guarantee phase consistency and output isolation,this paper puts forward a new three-way Wilkinson power divider based on recombination structure,adopts the cascade structure of traditional symmetric and asymmetric 1:2 power divider,it's been designed after theoretical analysis and simulation of ADS software.Its size is 175mm×156mm,in 225~400MHz operating frequency band,the insertion loss is less than 0.6dB,VSWR is less than 1.4,the output isolation degree is more than 20dB,the phase difference is less than±2°,the amplitude flatness is less than 0.2dB.This structure is simple in design and has good in—band performance.It has certain reference significance to the research of related fields.
