前入路机器人辅助前列腺根治性切除术中改善排尿控制的经验 被引量:3

摘要 根治性前列腺癌切除术是局限性前列腺癌最主要的治疗手段之一,术后部分患者发生尿失禁是困扰术者和患者的主要并发症。由于机器人辅助手术系统在操作灵活性、三维视感等方面的特点,在前列腺癌根治术中显示出了显著的优势,同时提供了更多改善术后尿控的技术方法[1]。前列腺癌根治术后尿失禁目前尚未见确切定义,一般认为每天使用一个以上的尿垫可被认为术后尿失禁,早期尿控一般指术后3个月内的尿控情况,远期尿控一般指术后半年以后的尿控情况[2-3]。由进入学习曲线平台期的泌尿外科医生进行的机器人辅助前列腺癌根治性切除术(robotic assisted laparoscopic prostatectomy,RARP)术后一年尿失禁的发生率约为4%~31%[4]。
