某工业园区皮革废水深度处理工程设计实例 被引量:2

摘要 经企业生化处理后的皮革废水仍含有较多难生物降解的有机污染物和较高浓度的毒性物质,可生化性差,某工业园区污水处理厂采用预处理-水解酸化-两级生化系统-气浮-臭氧氧化-曝气生物滤池-反硝化深床滤池组合工艺对其进行深度处理,介绍了该工艺的处理流程、主要设计参数及处理效果。工程运行结果表明,系统运行稳定,出水水质达到GB 18918—2002《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》一级A标准。 In view of the fact that biochemical treated leather wastewater discharged from industrial enterprises still contains many hard-biodegradable organic pollutants and high concentration toxic substances,which manifested by poor biodegradability,a combined process of pretreatment-hydrolytic acidification-two stage biochemical system-air floatation-ozone oxidation-biological aerated filter-denitrification deep bed filter was adopted for the advanced treatment of the said kind of sewage by a sewage treatment plant in an industrial park,the flow,main design parameters and treatment effect of the said process were introduced.The engineering operation results showed that,the said system ran stably,the effluent water quality met the requirement of level A grade 1 in GB 18918—2002 Pollutant discharge standard of municipal wastewater treatment plants.
