摘要 装配式混凝土结构具有跟传统现浇结构截然不同的施工工艺及节点构造,并能方便地与预应力、新材料等技术有机结合,突破了现浇结构的一些局限,因而能带来良好的结构体系性能、乃至新颖的结构体系形式,符合我国产业升级和绿色发展的要求,已经成为目前建筑业结构调整和转型升级的必然途径。但现阶段装配式混凝土结构体系繁多,发展应用缓慢等突出问题在一定程度上限制了其理论发展和工程应用。本文从体系形式、优缺点、试验研究等方面论述了装配式混凝土框架结构、装配式混凝土剪力墙结构、空间盒式结构与模块建筑结构等几类适用于多高层工业与民用建筑的装配式建筑结构体系,聚焦于体系层面、尤其是装配式混凝土抗侧性能的特点,重点介绍并梳理了最新研究进展,以期为后续装配式混凝土结构的理论研究及发展应用提供相应参考。 Precast concrete structures have total different construction techniques and joint details from those of cast-in-site concrete structures,and it is convenient to incorporate innovative materials and pre-stress techniques into such a type of structural system;Moreover,some inherent limitations of cast-in-site concrete structures can be overcome,resulting in improved structural performance at system level and even innovative structural configurations.Precast concrete structures meet the requirements of industrial upgrading and green development in China,and has become an inevitable way for structural adjustment and transformation and upgrading of construction industry.This paper introduces several mainstream precast concrete structural systems,which are applicable to multi-story/high-rise residential and industrial buildings,including precast frame system,precast shear wall system,box-type spatial grid system and modular building system,in the perspective of structural form,strength/limitations and experiments.We focus on performance at system level,especially on characteristics of lateral structural behavior,and emphasize recent research developments,in order to provide a corresponding reference for the subsequent theoretical research and development of precast concrete structures.
