摘要
我国建筑业的高质量发展面临劳动力老龄化的严峻挑战,新生代农民工进入建筑业的数量不断减少。由于我国不同区域建筑业发展具有不同特性,为有针对性地提出应对该问题的策略建议,本研究在八大综合经济区建筑业劳动力的调研数据基础上,对建筑业劳动力数据与研发投入、建筑业总产值、地区生产总值数据进行了回归分析,识别出八大综合经济区建筑业劳动力老龄化问题的关键影响因素,分析了基于科技驱动和市场驱动的潜在应对策略,并从全局统筹规划、科技驱动的短期和长期发展策略、以及因地制宜制定劳动力发展政策三个角度,提出了各地区缓解建筑业劳动力老龄化问题的应对方法和政策建议。
The high-quality development of China’s construction industry faces the serious challenge of aging workforces,and the number of new-generation migrant workers entering the construction industry is constantly decreasing.Since the development of construction industry in different regions of China has different characteristics,in order to propose targeted strategies to cope with this problem.This study,based on the research data of construction labor force in the eight comprehensive economic zones,conducted a regression analysis of construction labor force data onto R&D investment,gross construction output value and regional GDP data to identify the key influencing factors of the aging construction labor force in different zones,and analyzed potential coping strategies based on technology-driven and market-driven approaches,and proposed coping methods and policy recommendations for mitigating the aging construction workforce in each region from three perspectives:global integrated planning,technology-driven short-term and long-term development strategies,and the formulation of workforce development policies based on local conditions.
