摘要
装配式建筑顺应了建筑工业化发展的必然趋势,符合建筑行业绿色生态发展理念。针对国内装配式建筑在发展过程中面临的没有统一设计模式、异型构件过多造成施工周期变长、施工困难、模具浪费等问题,本文从装配率、组合方案合理性、成本、质量优化贡献度和碳足迹五个方面选取评价指标,建立预制构件组合方案评价指标体系,运用投影寻踪动态聚类模型,结合装配式建筑实际工程项目,对八种方案对比分析,得到预制构件组合方案排序以及聚类结果,并根据评价分析结果,提出了推广装配式混凝土建筑的合理性建议,为科学合理选择预制构件的组合方案提供参考依据。
Prefabricated buildings conform to the inevitable trend of the development of building industrialization,in line with the concept of green ecological development of the construction industry.In view of the problems of the development process of domestic prefabricated buildings,such as no unified design mode,too many special-shaped components,resulting in longer construction period,construction difficulties,mold waste and so on.In this paper,the evaluation indexes are selected from the five aspects of assembly rate,rationality of combination scheme,cost,quality optimization contribution and carbon footprint,and the evaluation index system of prefabricated component combination scheme is established.The projection pursuit dynamic clustering model is used to compare and analyze the eight schemes,and the result of sorting and clustering are obtained.According to the evaluation and analysis result,this paper puts forward the reasonable suggestions for popularizing prefabricated concrete buildings,which provides a reference for the scientific and reasonable selection of the combination scheme of prefabricated components.
