摘要
项目利益相关方合作是项目成功的关键,然而项目利益相关方的个体多样性特征和项目任务的高不确定性使得冲突不可避免。研究将图模型理论引入京雄高速公路项目前期利益相关方冲突研究。利用冲突分析图模型方法动态模拟了京雄高速公路项目前期利益相关方的冲突过程。首先,依据冲突各方的利益诉求,确定各决策者的可行状态和偏好排序,进而确定状态转移,最后通过稳定性分析得到冲突均衡点。研究通过实例验证了模型的实用性,在战略层面为分析解决京雄高速公路项目前期利益相关者冲突提供了重要的决策依据。
It is inevitable due to project team members’diversity and team task’s uncertainty.The study provides a graph model method to resolve the stakeholder conflict in the previous project of Jingxiong Expressway.The graph model method dynamically simulated the conflict process among all parties.Firstly,according to all parties’interests to ensure the decision makers’infeasible states and preference order,and then confirm the possible state transition.Secondly,an exhaustive stability analysis can be conducted.A conflict example is illustrated to demonstrate the practicality of the model.The study provides an important decision basis for the stakeholder conflict in the previous project of Jingxiong Expressway on the part of strategy.
