摘要
牛呼吸道疾病(BRD)给北美乃至世界养牛业造成巨大的经济损失,是引起舍饲牛发病的主要原因,具有高发病率和高病死率的特点,是仅次于新生犊牛腹泻的第二大疾病。引起BRD的主要细菌性病原体包括溶血性曼氏杆菌和多杀性巴氏杆菌,掌握两种细菌的生物学特性、免疫逃避和致病机制、耐药性与耐药现状及多重耐药的遗传机制是制定科学防控措施的前提,论文对上述内容的研究进展进行综述,有助于为此类疾病的诊断、疗效评价、疫苗研发以及牛呼吸道疾病的防控提供参考。
Bovine respiratory disease(BRD),which causes huge economic losses to the cattle industry in North America and even the world,is the main cause of disease of feedstock cattle.Characterized by high morbidity and mortality,BRD is the second largest disease after newborn calves diarrhea.BRD major bacterial pathogens include hemolytic Mannheimia haemolytica and Pasteurella multocida.The research progress on the biological characteristics,immune evasion and pathogenic mechanism,antimicrobial resistance and drug resistance patterns,the genetic mechanism of multidrug antimicrobial resistance and the diagnosis,curative effect evaluation,vaccine development,prevention and control of these disease were summarizeds.
