摘要
应用FTIR(ATR)分析技术及氨基酸分析技术研究高温、日晒、蛋白酶处理对丝素微细结构和酪氨酸含量的影响等,探讨蚕丝结构变化与活性染料染色性能的关系。
Silk fibers were treated with high temperature, simulated sunlight and enzyme respectively. The microstructure of the fibroin and the tyrosine content in the treated silk surface layer have been studied using fourier transform infrared spectroscopy coupled with second derivative spectral analysis(FTIR - ATR). The influence of high temperature, simulated sunlight and the enzyme treatments on the content of the amino acids with nucleophilic groups on silk fibroin has been investigated with amino acid analysis. Based on the dyeing results and the structural analysis, the relations between silk surface structure and the dyeing properties of reactive dyes on silk were discussed
