中国共产党百年目标:全面建成小康社会的世界坐标

在中国共产党百年目标实现时,中国全面建成小康在世界处于什么样的相对位置?到目前为止,学术界没有给予很好地准确回答。本文研究而得出:中国共产党百年目标实现时,中国的小康社会的世界坐标是基本达到世界平均水平。本文以此为基础构造了小康社会达标率,此指标不仅可用于纵向测度历年中国小康建设的动态历史进程,还可以动态测量世界广大发展中国家是否达到小康水平并进行国际比较。全面建成小康社会的国际标准为世界平均水平的意义在于,可以把小康社会由中国独有概念推广为全球共同认可的概念,由中国标准上升为国际标准将极大地增强中国的软实力、制度自信和理论自信。

China’s long-term goal in 2035 were set:"When China basically realized socialist modernization,its per capita GDP reached the level of moderately developed countries".This shows that the world coordinates when China basically achieved modernization reached the level of moderately developed countries.So what relative position is China in a well-off society in the world when the CPC’s centenary goal was achieved?So far,academia has not given a good and accurate answer.The detailed study shows that the world coordinates of the comprehensive well-off society when the centenary goal reached the world average.Based on this paper,it constructs the well-off society,which can be used not only to measure the dynamic historical process of the well-off construction in China over the years,but also to measure whether the developing countries in the world reach the well-off level and make international comparison.The significance of establishing the international standard for a moderately prosperous society in all respects as the world average is in popularizing the moderately prosperous society from the unique concept of China to the concept jointly recognized by the world.The rise from Chinese standards to international standards will greatly enhance China’s soft power,institutional and theoretical confidence.The great significance of the communist party century of a well-off society to the world is China from the most behind in the world,the poorest low-income countries took decades quickly jump to the world average,rapid social and economic progress,has no world power can complete the building of a well-off society in an all-round way fully demonstrates the superiority of China’s socialist system and the correctness of China’s road.
