Exploration on Suitable Ownership Structure of Socialism from China’s Situation:On the Evolving and Practice Track of Ownership Theory from the Perspective of the Centenary of the CPC

生产资料所有制是社会生产关系的基础,对社会生产力发展具有深刻影响。在中国共产党迎来百年华诞的历史性时刻,全面回顾、梳理建党100年来关于所有制理论之滥觞、演进以及创新、发展,有利于在"两个一百年"的交汇期进一步完善以公有制经济为主体、多种所有制经济共同发展这一社会主义基本经济制度,为续写中国特色社会主义经济发展的新奇迹提供制度保障。回顾党的所有制理论演进与实践轨迹,可以划分为新民主主义革命时期、社会主义革命和建设时期、改革开放到党的十八大以前、党的十八大以来几个历史阶段。理论梳理和实践回顾表明,在坚持科学社会主义原则的前提下,始终按照问题导向从中国实际出发探索有利于中国社会生产力发展的、适宜的所有制结构是中国共产党人的鲜明理论品格和实践理性,从而不断推动着当代中国马克思主义政治经济学及中国特色社会主义政治经济学所有制理论的创新发展。

The ownership of the means of production is the foundation of social production relations and has a profound effect on the development of forces of production.At the centenary of the CPC,a comprehensive review of the origin,evolution,innovation and development of the ownership theory over the past 100 years will be conducive to the further improvement of the socialist basic economic system during the convergence period of the "two centenary",which takes public ownership as the main body with joint growth of multiple ownership economy,and provide institutional guarantee for the continuation of the new miracle of socialist economic development with distinct Chinese characteristics.Looking back at the evolving and practice track of the CPC’s ownership theory,it can be divided into several historical stages:the period of the new democratic revolution,the period of socialist revolution and construction,the period from the reform and opening up to the 18 th National Congress of the CPC,and the period after the 18 th National Congress of the CPC.Both theoretical and practical review shows that,on the premise of adhering to the principles of scientific socialism,it is the distinctive theoretical character and practical rationality of the Chinese Communists to always follow the problem-oriented approach to exploring a suitable ownership structure that is favorable to the development of China’s forces of production.Accordingly,it continuously promotes the innovative development of ownership theory in Marxist political economics of contemporary China and socialist political economics with Chinese characteristics.
