影响我国南北经济差距的主要因素分析

An Analysis of the Main Factors Affecting the Economic Gap between the North and the South China

进入经济新常态以来,我国南北经济发展差距不断扩大的问题备受关注。本文对南北经济分化的演化过程进行分析,并从投资、消费、科技创新、基础设施水平、产业结构、制度因素等角度对我国南北经济发展差距问题展开研究,发现我国进入经济新常态和南北经济分化扩大的时间线基本一致,南北差距扩大态势随着我国经济增速换挡、结构优化、动力转换进一步凸显。南北经济分化源于南北地区在经济增速换挡、动力转换方面的差异,而决定这种差异的是南北产业结构优化进程。因此,应通过加快北部产业结构转型升级、提高投资效率、优化区域协调发展格局、加快北部体制机制改革、提高北部公共服务和社会保障水平使北部经济发展提速,从而促进我国区域经济协调发展。

Since entering the new economic normal,the growing gap in economic development between North and South China has attracted much attention.This article analyzes the evolutionary process of the North-South economic differentiation and studies the issue of the gap between China’s North-South economic development from the perspectives of investment,consumption,technological innovation,infrastructure level,industrial structure,and institutional factors.It is found that China’s entry into the new economic normal and the expansion of the North-South economic differentiation are basically the same in terms of time.The expansion of the North-South gap is accompanied by the shifting of China’s economic growth rate,structural optimization,and power conversion.The North-South economic differentiation stems from the differences in economic growth shifts and power conversions between the North and the South.What determines this difference is the speed at which the optimization process of the North-South industrial structure advances.Therefore,the northern economic development should be accelerated by accelerating the transformation and upgrading of the northern industrial structure,improving investment efficiency,optimizing the regional coordinated development pattern,accelerating the northern institutional reform,and improving the northern public service and social security level,so as to promote the coordinated development of China’s regional economy.
