基于产教深度融合的环境设计专业应用型人才培养体系构建的研究

Research on the Construction of Applied Talents Training System of Environmental Design Specialty Based on the Deep Integration of Production and Education

产教融合是我国高等教育校企合作育人的新模式。针对当前环境设计专业产教融合育人机制中存在的问题,为有效提高环境设计专业产教融合的深度,本文从制度建设、师资队伍建设、教学模式和考核模式等方面进行论述,探索构建产教深度融合的环境设计专业应用型人才培养体系,为提高环境设计专业人才培养质量提出有益的思考。

The integration of production and education is a new mode of school enterprise cooperation in higher education.In view of the problems existing in the current education mechanism of the integration of production and education of environmental design major,in order to effectively improve the depth of the integration of production and education of environmental design major,this paper discusses from the aspects of system construction,teaching staff construction,teaching mode and assessment mode,and explores the construction of the application-oriented talents training system of the integration of production and education of environmental design major.In order to improve the quality of environmental design professional training,this paper puts forward some useful thinking.
