我国中高本衔接人才培养现状探析

A Probe into the Present Situation of the Cultivation of Talents Joining High School and Middle School in China

中高本衔接由于专业衔接和课程衔接不到位,以及缺乏相关的机制和政策支持,使得中高本衔接工作的进行不够顺利,我国政府应当提供政策支持,并且对其进行引导,做好专业统筹工作等,对中高本衔接工作给予支持,使得各层次的院校都能够更加积极。另外还需要针对中高本衔接人才培养模式进行系统的设计,对衔接机制进行完善,使得中高本衔接这一人才培养模式能够最大限度地发挥其作用,培养出优秀的人才服务于社会。

Due to the lack of professional and curriculum links,as well as the lack of relevant mechanisms and policy support,the work of the link-up is not going smoothly.The Chinese government should provide policy support,and to guide it,do a good job of professional co-ordination work to give support to the work of this link,so that all levels of institutions can be more active.In addition,a systematic design is needed for the training model of linking up the high and middle-level universities,so as to perfect the linking mechanism,so that the training model of linking up the high and middle-level universities can give full play to its role,cultivate outstanding talents to serve the society.
