教研室是高校最基层的组织单元,为了保证教研室持续稳定的发展,制度建构是最关键的,也是高校教研室发展的核心工作。本文从组织管理制度、教学研讨制度、教学过程管理制度、教师发展制度等的建设情况进行了阐述,并基于以上教研室制度,提出了具体的行事历与实施过程方案。

The teaching and research section is the most basic organization unit in colleges and universities.In order to ensure the sustainable and stable development of the teaching and research section,the system construction is the most critical and the core work.Through the long-term work,the teaching and research section has gradually formed a series of systems.This paper expounds the construction of organization management system,teaching seminar system,teaching process management system and teacher development system.Based on the above systems,the specific calendar and implementation process plan are put forward.
