基于创新能力培养的高职课堂教学思考

Thoughts on Classroom Teaching of Higher Vocational Education Based on the Cultivation of Creative Ability

创新能力是个人发展的核心竞争力,更是创新型人才必备能力。高职教育主要职能是培养面向生产、建设、服务和管理第一线需要的高素质技能型专门人才,为国家经济发展提供人才支撑。教学最基本的单元是课堂,课堂是实现人才培养目标的核心阵地,课堂教学中除了教会学生知识与技能,更应该着力培养学生的创新能力。文章从课堂教学的课前、课中、课后等三个环节,阐述培养学生创新能力的要求与策略。

Innovation ability is the core competitiveness of personal development.The main function of higher vocational education is cultivate High-quality skilled professionals for the needs of production,construction,service and management,and provide talent support for national economic development.The most basic unit of teaching is the classroom,classroom is the core position to achieve the goal of talent training,in addition to teaching student knowledge and skills in classroom teaching,we should focus on cultivating students'innovative ability.This paper cultivates the students'ability of autonomous learning of requirements and strategy from the classroom teaching of links of before class,in class and after class.
