中职院校专业社团基于创业工作室的创业孵化研究

Research on Entrepreneurship Incubation of Professiona Associations in Secondary Vocational Colleges Based on Entrepreneurship Studio

中职院校承担着为社会发展培养高素质技能型人才的重任。在大众创业、万众创新的背景下,提高中职学生的双创素质对于中职学生的成长与发展具有非常重要的意义。中职学生专业社团成员具有较好的专业素质和双创能力,具有较好的创业孵化价值。为更好地提高中职院校专业社团的创业孵化能力,通过遴选部分学生组建创业工作室,在分析创业工作室对学生双创能力培养的基础上,研究以创业工作室为依托进行创业孵化模式,为促进中职院校优化专业社团组织结构,成功创业的路径。

Secondary vocational colleges bear the responsibility of cultivating high-quality skilled talents for social development.Under the background of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,it is of great significance to improve the quality of entrepreneurship and innovation of secondary vocational students for their growth and development.The professional association members of secondary vocational school students have good professional quality and ability of entrepreneurship and innovation,and have good business incubation value.In order to better improve the business incubation ability of professional associations in secondary vocational colleges,through selecting some students to set up entrepreneurship studio,on the basis of analyzing the cultivation of entrepreneurship studio for students'entrepreneurship and innovation ability,this paper studies the entrepreneurship incubation mode based on entrepreneurship studio,in order to promote vocational colleges to optimize the organizational structure of professional associations and the path of successful entrepreneurship.
