摘要
数控技术指通过数字信息技术实现对机械运动和加工的控制,其对制造业的发展起着举足轻重的作用,也是工程实践教学的主要内容。在传统数控教学的基础上,结合计算机仿真技术,搭建虚实结合的数控教学平台,创新数控教学模式。借此提升数控教学的教学效率,加深学生对理论知识的理解以及对数控技术的掌握,提高学生的工程实践能力。
The CNC technology means to control mechanical motion and processing via the digital information technology and it develops a decisive role on developing the manufacturing industry.Also,it is deemed as the main content of engineering practice teaching.On the basis of traditional CNC teaching,the computer simulation technology is combined to construct the CNC teaching platform with the virtuality and reality combination and make innovations on the CNC teaching model,so as to enhance the CNC teaching efficiency,deepen students'understanding of theoretical knowledge and mastery of the CNC technology,and enhance their engineering practice capacity.
