摘要
运用Fluent软件对吸污部件的流场进行模拟仿真,可得到各吸管和吸嘴的流场特性,根据流场特性规律优化吸污部件。通过对排吸组件各种管径组合方案进行对比分析,结果表明,方案二管径组合使得各吸管处速度场相对平稳,满足吸管的清污要求。在排吸组件和吸嘴综合考虑下,结果表明,方案三吸嘴处的流速有较好的一致性,有较好的吸污效果,这是因为采用吸嘴和吸管结构轮廓相同时,吸嘴内部流场受到吸管管径影响,改变了吸管原有的流道方向和大小,从而导致吸嘴处的流速改变。对方案三进行静力学分析时,通过对排吸组件应力和总变形量的分析,可知排吸组件的刚度和强度满足使用需求。
Using Fluent software to simulate the flow field of the suction part,the flow field characteristics of each suction tube and nozzle can be obtained,and the suction part can be optimized according to the law of flow field characteristics.Through the comparative analysis of various pipe diameter combinations of the suction assembly,the results show that the pipe diameter combination of the second scheme makes the velocity field at each suction tube relatively stable,and meets the cleaning requirements of the suction pipe.Under comprehensive consideration of the suction components and suction nozzles,the results show that the flow rate at the suction nozzles of scheme 3 has a better consistency and a better suction effect.This is because when the structure of the suction nozzle and the suction tube are the same.The flow field inside the nozzle is affected by the diameter of the straw,which changes the direction and size of the original flow channel of the straw,resulting in a change in the flow velocity at the nozzle.In the static analysis of scheme 3,through the analysis of the stress and total deformation of the suction component,it can be known that the stiffness and strength of the suction component meet the requirements of use.
