摘要
目前电石装置的电石炉尾气大多经简单的除尘处理后,作为燃料返回石灰窑或是点燃排放,并没有将电石炉尾气的价值发挥到最大,电石炉尾气中主要含有CO、H_(2),是很好的化工原料,与以煤为原料制取甲醇相比,可以省去煤制气的过程,消耗成本将大幅度降低,通过变换、净化等工艺过程可以制取很多种化工产品如甲醇、乙二醇、乙醇、合成氨等。主要介绍了利用电石炉尾气制取甲醇,达到电石炉尾气高效利用的目的,以实现企业的效益最大化。
At present,most of the calcium carbide furnace tail gas of the calcium carbide plant is returned to the lime kiln as fuel or ignited for emission after simple dust removal treatment,which does not maximize the value of the calcium carbide furnace tail gas.The calcium carbide furnace tail gas mainly contains CO and H2,which is a good chemical raw material.Compared with the preparation of methanol from coal,it can save the process of coal to gas.The consumption cost will be greatly reduced.Many kinds of chemical products such as methanol,ethylene glycol,ethanol and synthetic ammonia can be prepared through transformation,purification and other processes.This paper mainly introduces the preparation of methanol from calcium carbide furnace tail gas,so as to achieve the purpose of efficient utilization of calcium carbide furnace tail gas,and maximize the benefit of the enterprise.
