摘要
为了提高除盐水的出水品质,通过分析原除盐水系统的工艺,结合同煤广发化学公司的实际情况,对除盐水系统进行改造,采用反渗透-离子交换工艺,详细分析离子交换系统的运行方式,选择合适的再生剂,对阴阳离子进行置换,得到高品质的水质,广发化学公司在使用改造后的系统后,除盐水的产量可达360m^(3)/h,提高了除盐水的品质和产水率,确保了除盐水系统的安全稳定运行,大大降低了生产成本。
In order to improve the effluent quality of desalted water,by analyzing the process of the original desalted water system and combining with the actual situation of Guangfa Chemical Industry Co.Ltd.,the desalted water system was reformed.The reverse osmosis ion exchange process was adopted,the operation mode of the ion exchange system was analyzed in detail.The suitable regenerant was selected,and the cation and anion ions were replaced to obtain high quality water.After using the reformed system,the output of desalted water can reach 360 m^(3)/h,which improves the quality and water production rate of desalted water,ensures the safe and stable operation of desalted water system,and greatly reduces the production cost.
