Taking Emerson DeltaV system used in aniline plant as an example,this paper introduces how to improve the safe and stable operation level of the plant through the redundant configuration and parameter attribute setting of fieldbus equipment,and describes in detail the selection,parameter setting and distribution principle of relevant bus equipment,which is conducive to improve the stable continuous operation level of the plant and improve the production efficiency.
