锦瑞煤业井下剩余煤柱综采工艺研究

摘要 为了解决锦瑞煤业8210综采面剩余煤柱回收率低、煤炭资源浪费量大、严重影响综采经济性的现状,提出了壁式一次采全高旺格维利采煤法和混合快速综采技术相结合的方案。该综采技术方案使煤矿井下剩余煤柱的回采率提升了87%,综采作业效率提升了17.6%。该法目前已得到了广泛的应用。 In order to solve the problems of low recovery rate of residual coal pillar,large waste of coal resources and serious impact on the economy of fully mechanized mining in 8210 fully mechanized mining face of Jinrui Coal Industry Co.,Ltd.,this paper puts forward a scheme combining wall type once mining full height Wonggeweili mining method and mixed rapid fully mechanized mining technology.The fully mechanized mining technology scheme improves the recovery rate of the remaining coal pillar by 87%,and the fully mechanized mining efficiency by 17.6%.This method has been widely used.
