底板起伏条件下综采工作面回采工艺

摘要 为解决针对底板起伏较大工作面开采支护效率低、煤炭浪费较大以及搬家效率低的问题,以80117对应的15#煤层为例在分析地质、顶底板等条件的基础上,分别对该工作面倾斜方向和走向方向的回采工艺进行研究,并综合煤炭浪费率、岩层截割量以及围岩稳定性等因素最终确定具体回采方式和采煤机回采时的倾斜角度。 In order to solve the problems of low mining support efficiency,large coal waste and low moving efficiency in the working face with large undulating floor,taking the 15#coal seam corresponding to 80117 as an example,based on the analysis of geological conditions,roof and floor,the mining technology in the inclined direction and strike direction of the working face is studied respectively.Finally,the specific mining method and the inclined angle of the shearer are determined based on the factors of coal waste rate,rock cutting amount and surrounding rock stability.
