屏蔽泵是一种新型的密闭离心泵,广泛的应用到医药、石油、核工业、煤炭、化工等多个领域。其冷却和润滑主要依靠输送介质,因此出现流量低、断流、空载等工作状态,会使其造成一定的损伤。本文阐述和分析了一种屏蔽泵检测系统主要包括M.K模块、ZDB轴承磨损报警器、TRG转动监测表、THJ温度检测元件、KZB空转保护器等,可以防止上述不良现象的发生,预防对屏蔽泵产生危害。

Shield pump is a new type of closed centrifugal pump,which is widely used in medicine,petroleum,nuclear industry,coal,chemical industry and other fields.Its cooling and lubrication mainly depend on the transmission medium,so it will cause certain damage in the working states of low flow,cut-off and no-load.This paper describes and analyzes a shielded pump detection system,which mainly includes M.K module,ZDB bearing wear alarm,TRG rotation monitoring table,THJ temperature detection element,KZB idle protector,etc.,which can prevent the occurrence of the above adverse phenomena and harm to the shielded pump.
