摘要
对某焦化企业工艺流程、用能系统及能源消耗情况进行了分析研究,找出了企业在能源利用过程中的薄弱环节。通过干熄焦、荒煤气余热负压蒸氨、电机能效提升三种节能措施研究,帮助企业挖掘节能潜力,有利于企业实现节能降本增效。
The process flow,energy consumption system and energy consumption of a coking enterprise are analyzed and studied,and the weak links in the process of energy utilization are found out.The research on three energy-saving measures:dry quenching,ammonia evaporation with waste heat of raw gas under negative pressure and improvement of motor energy efficiency,helps enterprises tap energy-saving potential and realize energy conservation,cost reduction and efficiency increase.
