摘要
目的:评价根尖倒充填材料iRoot BP Plus、矿物三氧化物凝聚体、玻璃离子水门汀的封闭性能。方法:收集新鲜拔除冠根完整的32颗单根管前牙及前磨牙,随机分为三个实验组和一个阴性对照组,每组8颗离体牙。所有样本离体牙在釉牙骨质界处截冠、机械预备根管、热牙胶根管充填后在根尖3mm处截根,实验组离体牙在显微镜下根尖倒预备3mm分别以iRoot BP Plus、MTA、玻璃离子水门汀进行倒充填,待固化后所有样本离体牙去除根管内牙胶,阴性对照组保留根尖3mm牙胶,所有离体牙使用指甲油封闭。连接于改良的葡萄糖微渗漏模型,分别在1、4、7、14、20、30天检测冠方至根方渗漏的葡萄糖浓度。用SPSS18.0统计软件进行重复测量方差分析和LSD法检验,检验水准α=0.05。结果:1、4、7、14、20、30天实验组均出现不同程度葡萄糖渗漏。组内随着时间推移,三个实验组葡萄糖渗漏浓度均越来越高,组间iRoot BP Plus组与MTA组葡萄糖渗漏浓度均显著低于玻璃离子水门汀组(P<0.05),阴性对照组无葡萄糖渗漏。结论:根尖倒充填材料iRoot BP Plus、MTA封闭性均显著优于玻璃离子水门汀,而iRoot BP Plus、MTA未见明显差异。
Objective:To evaluate the sealing properties of apical backfilling materials iRoot BP Plus,MTA and glass ionomer cement.Methods:32 single root canal anterior teeth and premolars with complete crown and root extraction were randomly divided into three experimental groups and one negative control group with 8 teeth in each group.The crowns of all the samples were cut at the enamel cementum boundary,the root canals were prepared mechanically,and the roots were cut at 3mm of the root tip after filling the root canals with hot dental glue.In the experimental group,the apical inverted 3mm was filled with iRoot BP Plus,MTA and glass ionomer cement under microscope.After curing,all the isolated teeth were removed from the root canal,and the apical 3mm gum was retained in the negative control group,all detached teeth are sealed with nail polish.Connected to the improved glucose microleakage model,the glucose concentration from crown to root was detected at 1,4,7,14,20 and 30 days,respectively.The analyses of variance of repeated measurement and LSD test were carried out with SPSS18.0 statistical software and the levelα=0.05 was tested.Results:On days 14,7,14,20 and 30,glucose leakage occurred to different degrees in the experimental group.With the passage of time,the glucose leakage concentration in the three experimental groups became higher and higher.The glucose leakage concentration in iRoot BP Plus group and MTA group was significantly lower than that in glass ionomer cement group(P<0.05).There was no glucose leakage in the negative control group.Conclusion:The sealing properties of apical filling materials iRoot BP Plus and MTA are significantly better than those of glass ionomer cement,there was no significant difference between iRoot BP Plus and MTA.
