高纬度寒冷地区混凝土重力坝施工技术探讨

Discussion on construction technology of concrete gravity dam in high latitude and cold area

以内蒙古DTZ水库大坝工程建设为例,研究探索高纬度寒冷地区混凝土重力坝施工技术,针对该地区冬期混凝土连续施工,采取优化混凝土配合比、料堆设置遮阳棚、风冷粗骨料、铺设冷却水管等一系列温控措施和越冬混凝土保温措施,解决了混凝土温度裂缝防裂问题;同时,针对不同坝段的不同部位,采取了适宜的混凝土施工方法,提前策划、科学组织、精细施工,确保混凝土的施工质量满足要求,可为高纬度寒冷地区混凝土大坝施工提供借鉴经验。

Taking the dam construction of DTZ reservoir in Inner Mongolia as an example,this paper studies and explores the construction technology of concrete gravity dam in high latitude and cold region,a series of temperature control measures,such as optimizing concrete mix proportion,setting sunshade,air-cooled coarse aggregate,laying cooling water pipe,etc.,in view of different parts of different dam sections,suitable concrete construction methods are adopted to ensure the construction quality of concrete meets the requirements by planning in advance,scientific organization and fine construction,the experience can be used for reference in the construction of concrete dam in high latitude and cold area.
