工程项目前期单一来源采购方式的应用

Application of single source procurement method in the early stage of engineering project

近年来我国高校发展规模不断壮大,高校基建工程项目增多,项目采购需求也随之增加。采购的方式呈多样化,但无论采用何种采购方式都必须符合国家相应的法律法规要求。在高校基建工程项目前期,采用单一来源采购的方式具有较强的适应性及显著的优势。结合实际工程,对工程项目前期采用单一来源采购在高校基建工程项目中的应用进行探讨。为同类型高校基建工程项目选择采购方案提供参考。

In recent years,the scale of development of university has continued to grow and the number of infrastructure projects has increased in our country,then the corresponding demand for project procurement has also increased.The procurement methods are diversified,but no matter which procurement method is adopted,it must comply with the corresponding national laws and regulations.The single source procurement which has strong adaptability and significant advantages is a regular practice in the early stage of college infrastructure projects.In this paper,the application of single-source procurement in university infrastructure projects in the early stage of engineering projects is investigated by combining actual engineering.It can be a reference for the selection of procurement plans for the same type of university infrastructure projects.
