Construction of Free Trade Port with Chinese Characteristics from a Comparative Perspective

发展中国特色自由贸易港是时代赋予中国的全新使命,在积极借鉴境外自由贸易港有益经验的基础上找准中国自由贸易港的特色所在,瞄准代表中国最为开放的制度设计。新时期,中国特色自由贸易港建设应加快推进贸易投资自由化便利化,打造良好的营商环境,大力建设现代产业体系,夯实实体经济基础,增强产业竞争力,逐步健全自由贸易港的法律法规,强化风险防控,构建现代化自由贸易港治理体系。

The development of a free trade port with Chinese characteristics is a brand new mission given to China by the times.On the basis of actively learning from the useful experience of overseas free trade ports,we should identify the characteristics of China’s free trade port,and aim at the most open system design in China.In the new era,the construction of a free trade port with Chinese characteristics should accelerate the liberalization and facilitation of trade and investment,create a good business environment,vigorously build a modern industrial system,consolidate the foundation of the real economy,enhance industrial competitiveness,gradually improve the laws and regulations of the free trade port,strengthen risk prevention and control,and build a modern free trade port governance system.
